The food was amazing, the pizzas “sposata” was a clever choice. Pizza “finché” and “d altra parte” were super good. I would suggest to go and try at least once in your life. View all feedback.
What 354miker doesn't like about Al Pero:
We visited and frankly it was ordinary. Portion are very large but the food was bland. All it had going for it was the portions. There are better restaurants in Nicolosi. House wiNE was poor and service ok. No atmosphere, we were stuck in a room with plastic chairs and the football on the TV. View all feedback.
We found this place by accident. The waiter spoke beautiful english, had good advice on the food as per our tastes. We tried pizza and pasta better than in other places so far. Portions were huge : Recommend!
Me and my wife have ate here 2 times now, once for dinner and once for lunch. Staff is very friendly and helpful and even spoke English as much as possible even though our Italian isn't bad. If you are in the area this is a fantastic place, especially for lunch, definitely beats a tavola calda. Both times I have gotten the penne pistachio, which you'll be hard pressed to finish all of it, and the house wine. In the US this would be $30+ but you'll pay half that here. As expat locals this is one of our favorite places in the entire Provence.
Maintain high quality. good pizzas, good sandwiches and excellent meat. valid service and prices in line with restaurants in the area.

Great pizza and brilliant sitting out in the square. It was amazing how they turned the car park into a restaurant before our eyes.
