Props Ale House - Niceville

Alright i wanted to like the place. The other location is good why wouldn't the big location be as good? Staff. The bartender seemed depressed everytime anyone asked her for anything. A pair of women came in and got ignored for 15 minutes then left. I ordered wings, pickle chips and fries. Never got the fries but but by the time I could even ask about them i was over it all and ready to leave.I also didn't get the military special for on e of my beers and my pickle chips but she was so confused i just paid and left. She acted like it was her first time hearing about there being a few specials.There are just too many places that can do better to waste time there.

Ordered fish and chips 2 tiny fish patties husband ordered chicken tenders they were so burnt couldn't eat them. I ordered a shot neat which means no ice straight from the bottle nope came chilled and deluded. I believe in giving a restaurant a couple of chances sometimes it's staff sometimes it inventory sometimes they are having a bad night. Well I've given them several chances each times it's been extremely disappointing. Management take note your failing your local patrons

Disappointed visit, I was there on football/worldcup sunday with my kids, place was empty. Had the worst $50.00 meal. Menu was small and limited, there were about 5 items that were literally crossed out with a sharpie on the menu. Ordered chicken nachos, came with what seemed like shredded chicken from a bag and liquid nachos cheese sauce ?, not shredded melted cheese. Wings were sub par as well, large pretzel was ok. A bit pricey for the quality/quantity, wont be back. I dont drink so cant speak for the beer.

Went to lunch here yesterday, food was good. But the building needs a lot of help. The ceiling is covered in mold, the building smells like Mildew, we had to move tables bc something dripped and dropped from the ceiling into our drinks. Our table and our phones that weee on the table had white specs of something falling from the ceiling. Too bad, bc Props in FWB is amazing. Had high hopes

Ive been wanting to try this place for a while. So we stopped in for lunch. Service was slow all around and we sat at the bar. Sat there with an empty drink and both of us done eating for 10 or 15 minutes waiting for a check or refill atleast. Food was OK at best. I got the fish and chips. The fish was over cooked. Fries were good though. Not impressed overall. Won't be going back.
