Nous cherchions un restaurant où manger les spécialités niçoises. Eh bien, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Le menu de la crypte propose une belle assiette généreuse qualité prix. Tout y est, la socca, la pissaladière les farcis et la tourte à la blette. Le serveur était très aimable. Nous avons été très bien conseillé. C'est assurément un bon endroit pour y découvrir les spécialités de la région.
Stumbled across this gem near the place Garibaldi, and what a nice place it was. Super friendly waitor, the best salade niçoise I've had in a long time. Try the Socca, chickpea pastries made on the spot as appetizers, and treat yourself to a lemon tart and real espresso coffee afterwards. Will definitely return.
Stopped for a quick sandwich mid morning as we had missed breakfast. The waiter couldn't have been less pleased to see us and was surprised that we even wanted to see a menu. We ordered two chicken club sandwiches which arrived burnt and the sorry excuse for a salad garnish looked about a week old. The chicken itself looked as though it had been bought pre cooked from Asda. The waiter had all the charm of a dead cat in a dumpster and robbed us of €7.50 each. We will not be returning obviously.
A very friendly family run brasserie with well priced food . Really nice staff and the mother still working away . Simple but good portions. Thanks to them all.
