Contribute Feedback What Alex Carre doesn't like about Al Taglio Pizza:
They sell average tasting pizza slices, and to me some of their offerings, like the one with pear, cannot even be counted as pizza. Also, 4.40 Euros for a slice is by no means cheap. With so many options around in the old city, I...would not recommend here. View all feedback.
Fabulous pizza by the slice. Its a traditional pizza with a French twist. Lots of toppings to choose from. The wine is good as well and the owner is friendly. Perfect place to stop for a bite to eat and a drink.
We ate lunch at Al Taglio twice while we were in Nice. They have a variety of pre made Sicilian style pizza, which are then heated in a oven on site. The pizza is very good quality, probably the best that we had in Nice. The dough...is crispy, and the toppings and ingredients are high quality. The only drawback is the cost about Euro 4 per slice, which is rather pricey. It is a small place, only 2 tables on the inside, and 3 tables on the narrow street. Enjoyable to munch quality pizza while people watching as they move by rue Droite.
We always head straight here when we arrive in Nice. The most delicious toppings, crispy base and a glass of chilled Rose. Heaven.
Excellent food and Rose wine. Friendly service and great place to people watch. We returned after 3 years and still as good as ever.
Quick service, we had a pizza to share, it was well stocked with quality products, very correct prices, good quality
