Willow Cakes Pastries

This isn't a dedicated gluten free bakery, but they do have 2 gluten free cakes that I ordered for my wedding in Niagara on the Lake. I have Celiac Disease but am on the less sensitive end of the spectrum, so I decided that the risk was acceptable for my wedding day (since there were no other options in the area at the time. Now Edible Options could do it. I wouldn't pop in here for just a slice of carrot cake, but since this is such a big wedding area I thought my experience might be helpful to someone else. The cakes themselves were both excellent and they delivered them right to the hotel so I didn't have to worry about it on my wedding day.

If you know, you know, stay away, you'll hate everything... definitely not mine. I don't mean peanut butter cheesecake or raspberry white chocolate mousse.

Baked items were as usual top notch. Nice butter tarts like I like them. Not a bargain center, but high quality in terms of ingredients, baking and decorating. The only improvement would put a smile on creepy guy who served us.

Superb baked goods here! Buttery, sugary, flaky, Creamy, they do it all excellently!
