I had a great experience at the restaurant with delicious food and quick service. The seating area is spacious and bright, creating a lovely atmosphere. It's conveniently located next to Applebee's, with the same entrance from the ground floor play area. We ordered the chicken fajita omelet, avocado toast, and eggs benedict. The side pancakes were a bit salty for my taste, though my friends thought they were fine. Ov... View all feedback.

terrible experience. coffee tasted as if it were all at night in the carafe, black and bitter. the condiments on the tables were empty and we had to look for full on other tables. the menu was meh and left little room for ordering certain items individually. hash browns came cold and raw in the middle and only warm up and down. pfannpie tasted like paste. I was ending august/ beginning september 2022 in niagara if area. we decided to visit this IHOP location after our trips. we went through an arcade and took the elevator up. we sat right after the descent. the prices were quite interesting and very expensive. for 3 of us the bill was good over $100.00 the food was good, I ate everything on my teller. they do not think they will get it as they do in the usa; my eggs were scattered with the cheese over it. the sausage was absolutely delicious. at the time of my visit there were only regular maple syrups that didn't disturb me. if they are an aromatized sirup, they can check if they have it first. not sure that I would visit this place if I returned as the prices were expensive. our waitress was very pleasant. the restaurant accepts cash both American and Canadian and card. Pancakes were really good, fluffy and delicious. jessy our server was wonderful, very nice and friendly. if they like American style pancakes and have not tried ihop, then they should try.

Came here for breakfast one morning. This location is very, very busy and you must showup early if you don’t want to wait 45 mins for a table. It’s also on the third floor of the building so you have to take an elevator up. The place is honestly overrated and way overpriced for an average breakfast. It is a tourist area and they charge like a tourist area! My wife and I spent almost $100 on a BLT, omelette, pancakes and orange juice. Totally ridiculous. They also have a NFDF (Niagara Falls Destination Fee) ???? Major rip off and completely taking advantage of its customers with an already pricey menu. The service is fairly slow as well since it’s always so busy.I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you have money to burn. The only plus side is that it’s right in Clifton Hill and there is a lot of attractions around, but that’s about it.
Was given plastic forks and knives to eat in the restaurant with which is ridiculous. When you spend $100 on breakfast, you at least expect proper utensils. Service was super slow and we waited a long time just for them to take our drink order. We weren't even finished eating and they asked if they could bring us the bill and debit machine. We felt like we were just being rushed out. Won't be going back. If I could give no stars I would.
