"The food was excellent, receiving a 5 out of 5. However, the service could be improved; it felt a bit lacking in understanding and support, as well as in friendliness. The staff seemed somewhat serious, which detracted from the overall experience. I would rate the service and atmosphere both as 3 out of 5. Overall, it was a good experience, but there's room for improvement in customer service.".

I can't help but think that this lady either had a bad day or is simply not very friendly, but it was the worst experience I've had when ordering pizza. To be honest, I felt terrible; I hadn't done anything to warrant such hostility in her service. There wasn't even a manager available to speak with. Given this experience, I work nearby but I know I'll never go back here. View all feedback.

Hi friends.Had this before, not very good especially considering dominos (enmore) IS really good. So so good! This one is not.I didn’t even eat it all because it was not very good and I didn’t like it. It wasn’t good because not many topping and taste was bad, sorry(not sorry)! No parking near by however I don’t FULLY blame domino for that (shakes my head)Pizza in question: double bacon cheese burger for my eldest son Sean M.Cheers,JEEB

Disappointing customer service, i ordered through deliveroo, food never arrived, no tracking updates , called dominos newtown to follow up with my order number, the staff who responded to my call was extremely rude and unapologetic. Im glad deliveroo refunded my order as i was starving to death after a day of work, and I couldn't wait another 45 minutes (they offered to make my order) for my food to arrived. Looks like a lot of the reviews here acknowledges similar issues. Hope this improves
Staff had terrible attitude. I accidentally said large pizza instead of extra large and he yelled at me for changing the order. If you like to yell at people you shouldn’t be living in Australia. The pizza was cheap though
