Kfc - Newton

In the last two weeks I have cold chicken. Another incident they gave me another meal. I understand that it is short hand, but between waiting in line for about 20 minutes. When I went there today after waiting for 20 minutes, they gave me my food, but forgot my drink sitting in the window. The lady in the window said my bill was 5:00, I told her I paid my food, but still waited for my drink. She apologized, but I'll say I wasn't satisfied with the service.

I had to wait longer than the waiting period. They're not organized. I bought two meals and both with Pommes and Coleslaw and when I came home, I had no Koleslawin. I waited so long that I didn't check. The food tasted good. The place was clean.

From the time I first got in line to pulling out was 54 mins. I understand very hard to fill retail positions right now, however why once at the drive thru they take ur can they not have big order/special order folks pull around enter in to pick their oder just like call ins. And the employees should show an ounce of service vrs cutting up throwing stuff back forth. Typically I would have tipped even carry put, here it wasn't deserving.

Usually this is a great store, but this trip wasn't very good, I asked for no wings and still got wings. Normally it wouldn't bother me, but on the previous visit my order was also wrong. They also did not have any biscuits, but I was given an extra large side for a substitute.
