Fair oaks is a beautiful lounge with friendly faces and knowledgeable staff. My three visits there I spent relaxing on one of their comfortable leather armchairs (with personal ash tray) and watching full time HBO. Game of thrones and fight nights along with other TV series seem to be popular with the clientele. Great spot for sitting down and having a cigar. View all feedback. Newport beach police target this location and pull people over while leaving for minor vehicle infractions. The businesses located here seem to encourage this type of policing for profit. View all feedback.
