Papa Johns Pizza - Newnan

We live close to this Papa John's and order frequently. Tonight was the first time we received a pizza that wasn't as I ordered. So I called, told Scott our problem (we were so hungry that we ate it anyway), Scott didn't hesitate, he gave me credit for a free large pizza for my trouble. They have always been fast and dependable and if there was anything wrong they make it right in a hurry!!! Love Papa John's Pizza and Scott is the best!!!!!!

UPDATE BELOW: Just waited 43 minutes for them to call and tell me they have to void it out because they don’t deliver to my area-it has to be the other store. The reason I called was to confirm because I couldn’t order it online and they said sure the driver would call me. Driver called and said he’d bring it-then the store called me and said the GM said they had to cancel it. No more papa johns for me. I’ll get my pizza somewhere else. UPDATE: Mr. Sam the manager just called and explained the mistake and offered to make it right on my next visit. I didn’t call-he didn’t have to call but chose to JUST to win me back. That’s something I can appreciate. Great Job Sam! Great work Papa Johns!

Papa John's is our family favorite for pizza!!! I love their app, it is so fast and easy to use! Their point system is nice to eventually earn free items as well as they always have specials. I would have given 5 stars, but the last 2 orders have had mistakes. Last month, I ordered garlic sauce with cheese sticks instead of marinara sauce and got marinara sauce. Tonight pineapple was left off one of my pizzas.... PAPA JOHNS, PLEASE START DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDERS! We love your pizza, but I am not fond of paying for things and not getting them. Redeem your self by getting out next 2 orders correct and I will edit you to 5 stars.... until then, people check your orders!

Truthfully I am very very surprised. Besides the quick service that was given each individual that I saw there had a great attitude and not only that, but they were extremely friendly with me. Each of them said hello, and asked how I was doing, and that to me goes a long way.
