Domino's Pizza - Newnan

On Super Bowl they don’t have enough staff to deliver 3 miles down the road what a joke ….

Very happy with my experience at domino’s pizza, 12 Washington, Newnan. Haven’t had domino’s in a few years. Ordered online, picked up at their store, very nice young lady greeted me, took my order number down, order was ready, pizzas looked great, was thanked for ordering. Pizzas were delicious, my compliments to the chef/cook/kitchen staff.Based on my experience on 29Jan2024, I will order and be back! The manager should be proud of the staff working there tonight.Parking: Small parking lot but doable, I prefer to use on street parking.

Wish corporate could do something to make this disgusting place better and also remove that rude personal that works there I ordered a pizza on line went there to pick up an they make me wait about 20 minutes ,the young lady that was at the register she was rude an offensive the manager not even care about the restaurant looks like he’s not happy there The pizza I ordered was raw and undercooked.I kn I’m not going back to that place until sometime is done an for what I can see no one cares about

Not a huge deal forgetting sauce. Does suck when u don’t dine in so u can’t just ask for it. Well second time in a row sauce was forgotten. First time we bought extra sauce and didn’t receive any. Called no big deal said they would credit a couple of dollars to account. Great. Tonight didn’t order extra but once again forgot. Called and manager said they don’t really have a way to “add” a credit to an account. Thought that was odd began to say something and she hung up. Tried to call back but they wouldn’t answer or pick up when transferred.

Apparently they never stock sauces because both times ordering sauces they were not included. Our very first time ever ordering we paid extra and given no sauces. We were told we would receive a credit for the forgotten sauces. 2nd time ordering no sauces again and no way to use the credit. Called and spoke to a manager who was extremely unprofessional, rude and hung up on us. Tried calling back and had the phones off the hook. Gave it some time and still not answering calls. Lost our business! I’d rather give my money to a company who values their customers and you get what you’ve paid for!
