Bruster's Real Ice Cream - Feedback

What Vance D doesn't like about Bruster's Real Ice Cream:
2-8-2024 Ordered online. Got two regular waffle bowls that were supposed to have 3 scopes of ice cream in each bowl. When I got home and open the bag I found only two scoops in each bowl. It is not a big deal but I'm tired of not getting what I paid for. It is not with going back. I called the store and was told I need to call back during the early part of the day when the manager was there. Well isn't that special. What Michelle Anderson likes about Bruster's Real Ice Cream:
This spot is tucked away with plentiful outdoor seating and wooded around the building. I'm always shocked they aren't overrun with customers given the outstanding nature of the ice cream. I've tried several flavors, have ordered at the window, online for pick up, and via Door Dash. All provided excellent experiences and ultra high quality product.
