My sister and I visited this restaurant for the first time last week, and it was amazing. The food was fresh and delicious! We can't wait to come back. The two waitresses we had, Laura and Sarah, were fantastic. View all feedback.
What Callum Cook doesn't like about Wagamama:
Absolutely loved our starter dishes of the bang bang cauliflower with the sublime firecracker sauce and the delicious spicy teriyaki vegan chicken hirata steamed buns. I could eat those starters on repeat they are so good and so flavoursome. We also ordered the teriyaki vegan chicken ramen but found it to be a little bland, although the vegan chicken was great. We also got the tofu raisukaree, which had a beautiful f... View all feedback.
Happy to say food is lovely as you'd expect from a chain type restaurant...... however on our last visit the waitress was less than pleasant but we just figured it was busy. Would recommend for a quick lunch
I've been to Wagamama in Newcastle a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed the meal each time. It is based in Old Eldon Square next to Strada and a large starbucks. It has all recently been renovated. The food was lovely I can't remember the name of the dish I had but it was freshly prepared and had so many ingredients I couldn't afford to cook it at home! They serve freshly pressed juices which are delicious. In terms of layout of the place it does feel a little like a school cafeteria and is pretty basic. I'm not keen when it's very busy as it feels as if you are sitting with strangers! It is fairly reasonable in price and if you register with their website you will often receive for offers and vouchers!
Everything is focused on fast food with short-term time. Justice is served in random order. What a choice. Food is good, but price for fast food. Juices are delicious. == sync, corrected by elderman ==
Went during veganuary so they had launched new options and had specials for the month. The food was so tasty. The desert wasn't as nice as the mains, but still decent.
After an excellent introduction to the Wagamama vegan menu in Summer 2018, where we first sampled the delicious Vegatsu, it was a long overdue return in 2022 to the fuller experience
