Very poor service. Was seated then forgotten about for over 20 mins until a manager directed a waiter over to us. Ordered food then waited over an hour for food and 35 minutes for drinks to arrive. Manager claimed new system Was slow yet watching other orders come out I find that hard to believe. Manager ended up settling our bill as we had such a poor experience which was a lovely gesture. Good food and lovely presentation, as long as you don’t mind waiting a couple of hour and that is no exaggeration either. Would definitely go back, hopefully their service has improved since this booking.

Service was very slow. Our waffle was made and sat out on the counter for a while , which was then served to us cold. I told there server and he apologised and made us aware it would be a long wait for a fresh one. He then offered us 25% off the bill. After this, our cookie sundae arrived and was filled with burnt cookie pieces which made it absolutely inedible. Not an enjoyable experience.
Additionally, the menus were taken away after we ordered, leading us to ask multiple times for service when we wanted more drinks. We also didn’t receive enough napkins—only two for six people. The cutlery was scattered in the center of the table and there wasn't even enough for everyone, so some had to share a fork for their ice cream. Even though I had made a reservation, the table wasn’t set up properly, which forced the host to rearrange tables. It seemed relatively quiet, so I was surprised by the disorganization. Overall, it was not the experience I had hoped for at Heavenly Desserts.
