Flew over from ireland to visit Newcastle for our first time. Stopped off in Central bean coffee house before our visit to the St. James's stadium. First time today went for a coffee here terrible attitude of girl serving she was so abrupt she just looked annoyed the whole time she took our order totally no customer service what's so ever why is she employed somewhere like that she has put...me off ever returning will not be going in again View all feedback.
Brilliant personal, really good coffee and hot chocolate, I would definitely return! the atmosphere is great and well made.

Great venue with outside seat coffee very tasty eating ok parking in metered parking near prices ok
Came here to do something work and thought it would be a nice place for a coffee and relaxing atmosphere. when the woman served, she did not even look at me and was very rude. the men seemed much closer and more professional, but the women who worked there were not. would not have come back here again, were not even plugged in to charge my laptops, so had to move into the sofa areas and use the extremely dirty plugs on the floor.
This is one of my favourite coffee shops in Newcastle to do work. The food is great and the iced coffee very good. Prefer it to nearby brands such as Starbucks and Costa. Staff friendly and service excellent.
