Starbucks - NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME

The staff provided excellent service at this restaurant, however, the establishment itself is old, outdated, and has a feeling of being unclean. The furniture, including the chairs and tables, are worn and stained, giving off a negative impression. I do not anticipate returning to dine here in the future.

I was unable to use the hot water at the restaurant, so I was directed to the machine in Waitrose, which was not very clean. Despite this inconvenience, I enjoyed a chai latte with oat milk at the cafe, which was a comforting choice on a chilly, damp day.

A smile goes a long way. Was the comment I heard from everyone around me whilst waiting for our order when travelling South on the M6. When being passed my drinks with the server (Glasses and purple hair. stating skinny latte for Mark. I advised her my name was in fact Mike. She carried on with the other drinks in our order and continued to call me Mark. No please or thank you and definitely no smile. She is a poor advert for the Starbucks brand and would make me look for services with Costa in the future.

Slow service and made an undrinkable Chai Latte, they made it with just syrup and water, didn't try until on the road again so can't go back and complain

The young woman who served me was supercilious beyond belief. Music was so loud that communication was barely possible.
