Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

Sa in the drive thru and did not move for 15 minutes. there was no one in order. I was in register for 10 minutes before someone told me something. After I finally ordered, I waited for 20 minutes to eat. these are the slowest boobs I've ever seen. it doesn't matter that nobody cares about anything. there are 5 people working on ice and no one works food!

This location has really been struggling with their serve time. The last 3 times we have come here the wait has been a minimum 20 minutes through the drive thru. Keep in mind all 3 occasions were purely for ice cream orders. One visit we waited almost 40 minutes. Could have gone to a sit down restaurant for a full meal ar that pace. Heck I was almost at the point I was going to use a calendar to time them it was taking so long.Other than the excessive wait, the food is average at best. That can be said of Braums in general. On occasion I'll find myself eating it but I don't think to myself that it's really worth a return. The ice cream is the saving grace.

Couldn't be more happy with friendly people and quality of food. The Manager kept everything moving pretty quick despite being extremely busy both times we visited. Also took home 2 cartons of ice cream from Market and both were amazing. Thank you Newcastle staff. Job well done.

Like this store because it is easy to get off and on the highway. We stopped for some Ice Cream. This is the third Brains I have need to. All had the same issues. One person trying to wait on several people. Very slow. Same problem everyone else has.

Food and service were excellent!!Today I bought 6 $20. Gift cards to go in thank you cards for the people helping us unload our u- haul truck!! With summer coming on, we thought they would be an excellent way to say Thanks, for the help!
