We had our daughters with us and they were so well catered for by the staff there. A lovely establishment with beautiful food and drink.

The food was excellent very fresh and presented well tasty grub, even the our young one cleared the plate.Overall very good and comfortable atmosphere and reasonable price also. Well done all

Not knowing what to expect we were pleasantly surprised by the cosy atmosphere The food was excellent and worth the price, the staff are attentive and helpful and the service is quick. Five stars all around and will be going back for another date night here in the future

The staff was kind enough... read more I brought my baby to the restaurant with me, and he was being fussy, so I had to step outside to calm him down when our food arrived. The staff was kind enough to offer to keep my meal warm under a lamp until I was ready to eat, which I thought was exceptional customer service and showed great attention to detail, especially considering I was a bit stressed about my baby. I appreciated being able to take my time. Unfortunately, they had run out of a few items on the menu, so I ended up ordering the steak. To my surprise, it was the most delicious steak I had tasted in a long time. I had to leave early due to my baby, but the rest of my family had a fantastic time. I would give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars, only because they were out of beef and rice, otherwise it would have been a perfect score.

I left Newbridge 14 years ago, so I wasn't expecting much from any restaurant in the area - but I was pleasantly surprised! The food was honestly amazing. I couldn't believe how delicious they made the mushy peas taste. And the chicken Caesar salad and croutons were the best I've ever had, anywhere in the world. Overall, it was a great experience. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Ireland!

The grilled lemon sole, chicken supreme and featherblade of beef are all excellent. Definitely a winner for family meals, with the bonus of friendly and efficient service and a handy location.

Interestingly it was the first time we had tried celeriac and it was delicious. Well done all involved.

Some people were eating at their tables in the lounge part, we were shown to a table for two towards the back of the lounge which was obviously the restaurant and it was perfect.. Felt private but still within the atmosphere of the busy pub. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful. Menu seemed smaller than what I had seen online but maybe that was a Sunday menu. We both ordered starters… huge portions and delicious. Mains were really tasty and again portions were plentiful. Great prices for the quality of service, food and ambiance and I will definitely be returning.
