What Megan Pollitt doesn't like about Starbucks:
I wanted to know how long a shot took to go bad, just a genuine question and she snuffed me away and says I don’t know I can ask a manager and walks away. (You think she would know though right) Then I have a water that’s out of my reach as I have a newborn in my hands and say hey can you please push that this way and she Ignores me, so I say again and she pushes it with not eye contact saying nothing.I’m a bartender... (You think she would know though right) Then I have a water that’s out of my reach as I have a newborn in my hands and say hey can you please push that this way and she Ignores me, so I say again and she pushes it with not eye contact saying nothing.I’m a bartender and I get super busy all the time but customer service is very important. I come here everyday and usually they are awesome and super on it. Maybe today was just an odd day but it did hurt my feelings.
I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment regarding the Green Tea Latte, which has been a favorite of mine. While I've had no issues ordering it in the past, my recent visits left me a bit perplexed. On my first attempt, I received a Matcha drink without any sweetener, a departure from my usual order. My second attempt resulted in Tea with milk, lacking the sweetness I typically enjoy. To add to the confusion, the coloration of the drinks varied significantly – one white and the other green. When I raised my concerns, the staff informed me that my preferred order isn't officially on the menu. However, I have a photo of the drink I usually order, which seems to contradict this statement. So needless to say I waisted my time and money and I looked like I had no idea what I was ordering.
This Starbucks is just down the road. Open early, drive through option. Parking can be tricky at busy hours as this parking lot is shared with several business.
Wow, horrible burnt coffee. Sadness in a cup. Not to mention it took five minutes to even acknowledge my existence. With so many options, why bother.
Can 't believe I would feel the need to complain about buying a coffee at Starbucks. This location cannot seem to have hot fresh drip coffee even in the early morning. Using steam to heat old coffee is not worth $1 let alone 3.25. Adding hot water to a shot is also not a coffee, it has another name called americano because it tastes different and is a different drink. There is no way i can ask more clearly for a very small amount of creamer only to have someone reapeat back to me the phase lt. Creamer which apparently means something different to each employee. I cannot remove milk from coffee once its put in, i can always ask for more. Is there no other option than a 1/4 of creamer, I have never seen them relay any other msg to whoever makes the drink. The consistency that this location has on giving me a bad cup of coffee is incredible. I almost count on it and now often drive across town to try my luck at a different location, so far so good. Someone in charge seems to be ok not having fresh hot coffee ready in the morning and has trained the employees to hand me a old coffee warmed up with steam or to pour hot water on espresso and tell me I got the coffee I ordered and paid for instead of just telling me they do not currently have what I want because they were too busy or lazy to make any.
