People here want to leave bad reviews cause their lives suck and they aren’t understanding, I love little Caesar’s. They have great customer service. If you read the sign, it says lobby closed at 8:00 pm, it’s just that some people can’t read. What Jeff Smalla doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
We had to wait about 15 minutes for a Supreme Pizza. We watched it come out of the oven fresh. However, as we ate it, I commented that the pizza just seemed like it was old. It was not very good. I'm not sure what happened there. The staff was working hard but those working at the front did not appear to be well-trained in customer service. I'm assuming our visit and food was an exception. If you really want to spend the next day with liquid pouring out of you, then feel free to order pizza from here. I should have read all the warnings from the past reviews on here. I won't be making that mistake again.
Well, I ordered the crazy puffs. They were burnt. Waited 30 minutes. The person at the counter didn't seem to know what he was doing. He said 15 minutes, instead 30 because they don't know what they are doing

Why do they always ignore the phone? Like seriously. On average they answer the phone maybe 10% of the time. Other times you can watch them ignore the calls.
The little Caesars in Newaygo never seems to have food ready.....told us they had 3 pizzas available on one trip but would only sell us two (they said in case someone else wanted one). We have been there many times but always have a wait, they NEVER have anything other than regular pepperoni available if they even have that. Twice now we couldn't even receive bread sticks. Go to the Fremont one, way better!
