Wendy's - Newark

I was extremely disappointed with my dining experience at this restaurant. I know they specialize in serving burgers, but I will never eat here again. The service was terrible and they even forgot to put bacon in my sandwich. I suggest that they shut down this place immediately.

There is always a long line at this restaurant and the staff taking orders are not very polite. They have two windows, but usually only use one. The food is consistently hot, which is a plus, but sometimes they make mistakes with my order.

No, I prefer to stick with Wendy's in Harrison or Lyndhurst. I ordered the burger deluxe without lettuce or tomato. The drinking cup was also sticky.

The new Bacon Cheddar burger at this restaurant is amazing! Recently, we bought sandwiches and fries from here. The fries were even better than they have ever been at Wendy's! I have been eating at Wendy's for years, and this is the first time that the fries have made such a positive impact on my taste buds.

Louie R at the Chancellor Avenue location was very attentive and efficient in keeping the line moving, especially during busy times. He was polite, attentive, and maintained excellent customer service throughout my visit. He not only ensured that orders were filled correctly but also went above and beyond to make sure customers were satisfied. I will definitely be returning because of the outstanding service provided by Louie.
