Description
Travelers at Newark Liberty International Airport often seek a comforting meal between flights, but the experience at a certain eatery has left many feeling disillusioned. Diners report overcooked fish, lukewarm burgers, and cold fries paired with exaggerated prices ranging from $30 to $40 per entrée. Service issues compounded the disappointment, with long wait times and a lack of attentive staff. While convenience might entice some, many find themselves wishing they had opted for a simple sandwich from a nearby shop instead. Overall, this restaurant falls short of expectations, rendering it a regrettable stop for weary flyers.

Horrible service! “I didn’t get half my order” “Nothing I can do about it” DO NOT order from this place.
I sat down for lunch on 5/10 at around 1130 and ordered a glass of wine. It is a goto brand for me, so I know how it’s supposed to taste. She served me a glass that I knew wasn’t the brand I ordered. She insisted it was. I paid $28 for this glass of wine. I simply asked to see the bottle. I told her I didn’t want to pay for something I didn’t order. She disappeared and never returned to my table. My flight was about to board so I had to leave. I paid for wine I didn’t order or drink. Based on other reviews here, avoid this place.
While passing through Newark Airport, we were hoping for a better dining experience compared to airplane food. Unfortunately, we were left feeling disappointed with the options available. The wings were tiny, the cheese sandwich was greasy, and the beer was overpriced.
Ordered the pasta and half of it was cold, the other half was blazing hot which means they probably just nuked it... the lamb had zero flavor and was drenched in oil... the prices are outrageous $30-$40 per entree)... feeling like we got food poisoning kicking in as I'm writing this review we just finished a few minutes ago)... stay far away from this place
This restaurant has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Instead of a waiter, you order your food on a tablet. The prices are outrageous, $70 for 3 people. We thought the high prices meant the food would be good, but when my mother received fried eggs instead of scrambled, we politely asked for the correct order. The food delivery person insisted we had ordered wrong and the chef made what was on the order. We tried to explain that we had ordered correctly, but she said we had to pay for whatever we received. It was a frustrating and ridiculous experience. The prices were too high for food that was just average. I will never return to this restaurant and suggest others do the same.
