Absolutely terrible customer service—it's not even worth one star. The owner hung up on me when I inquired about why our order had been canceled. Our order was supposed to arrive at 7 PM, but at 7:15 PM, we received a message saying it was running half an hour late and that we could request a partial refund. Ordered for collection in shop.Definitely not the worst chinese I've had. Service was good and around 15mins wait on Saturday night. Egg fried rice was nice and well seasoned. Black bean sauce a bit thin but nicely seasoned, with black beans in. Down side was vegetable spring rolls had a weird musty flavour and couldn't eat them. Rest of Food was good though and enjoyed it. Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options not great, vegetables in various sauces, no tofu.

Well deserved 5* I've recently moved from Essex and no hate but I can never find any takeaway I like in Newark but this chinese is BANGING! 10/10 on everything Food: 5 Service: 5
