Because we did not get time to stop by one in New York, we had to because it's always done during an East Coast trip before leaving. I liked that it was there at Newark Terminal C and we happened to have plenty of time to stop here before our flight back to San Francisco. We had the Boston Kreme donut glazed donut and it tasted great. We did not have the coffee, but from previous visits, Dunkin' Coffee is really good... View all feedback.

Worst dunkin in the airport. If you ask for Decaf watch them as they are to lazy to brew new coffee and will mix regular with decaf that's sitting around. The workers are rude and if you ask them to fix a drink they start talking behind your back. View all feedback.
Had a glazed blueberry donut, and a french cruller. Tasty.Very long wait time since there's only 1 person handling all the orders. But he was very fast.
I am a Dunkin Donuts addict. I need to get some help, LOL. Anyway, the experience is mostly average like in any other store in the US.
Right off the plane? Dont stop here just keep on going! Wouldnt call it service and my food is cold. Its only doughnuts but hot food on a cold day sounds good
I accidentally placed a mobile order for a different location at airport. Manager at this location pointed out my mistake politely and told me to be more careful next time, but made me a replacement order. Amazing! I really appreciated the excellent customer service. The sandwich and coffee were really good too!
