Came in for a ginger shot and another customer (who thought it might be a drink of his) opened it up and drank some of it. When I brought it to the staff’s attention so I can get a new drink, they just poured more of the ginger shot in the SAME cup to give to me. Super disgusting, especially during these COVID times ?. The best juices in Upper Manhattan, I love them, fresh, the girls are super nice and friendly, have a little time before going because they are always busy, the wraps are delicious and use fresh ingredients, I recommend them with my eyes closed.

I drove 1 hour just to find out their store is closed.... they need to update their hours...
If I could give this place negative stars I would their food is alright nothing to brag about and the wait time is horrendous. I had to wait 35 mins the other day for a small fruit parfait because the girl who was supposed to be making it was too distracted. I understand there is only 2 of them working in there but if they actually paid attention to what a customer was requesting instead of making it wrong or not listening and having the customer have to repeat themselves several times it would go more smoothly.
