GREAT FRESH SALADS. THE STAFF ARE AWESOME ALTHOUGH THE LINES BE LONG, THEY MORE FAST!

Only have one worker taking people and have another worker just talking to everyone instead if doing anything, and when the worker did start taking orders, she took her time to walk to receive people. The food is good but service is VERY slow.

Found a full cricket in one of the salads I ordered. I’m so happy they saw the legs and didn’t eat it.

This is really about the quality of the customer service and me shouting out David. This past weekend I participated in a retreat around the area and left my wallet in the store. I hadn't noticed since I rushed home in an uber (mom of 2 under 2 life and didn't really go out until Tuesday. David went ABOVE and BEYOND to find my contact info to get the wallet back to me so much as contacting my dentist since I had an appointment card there. David, I am so very grateful for you going above and beyond to make this one less thing I needed to worry about. Thank You for the humanity during these times (it's rare nowadays . YOU ROCK! GIVE THIS GUY AND HIS TEAM A RAISE!Their food def was tasty and I will be a frequent customer going forward! :

I would order sweetgreen every single day through doordash. Everything was great Until, I kept receiving a ceasar dressing that tasted like ranch dressing with my kale Cesar salad. It happened the last 3 times. But I loved sweetgreen so much that I gave it 1 last shot and it happened again. Ranch tasting ceasar dressing. I swore never to order from this location (Columbia University) ever again. I have gone to other locations and the ceasar dressing is made correctly.
