The rice would fall apart as soon as it touched the soy sauce. Some pieces had nice flavors, though. The servers were attentive and tried their best, but the service was quite slow despite the restaurant not being busy and having sufficient staff. Prices are reasonable for what you get, but overall, it was just average. I probably wouldn’t return. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $50–100

The location is excellent, the service outstanding, and I appreciated the no-tipping policy. I’ll definitely return on my next visit to NYC – highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
