I've tried duck in Alexandria, San Francisco, and even Beijing, but none compare to the flawless preparation here. The paper-thin pancakes, hoisin sauce, green onions, and especially the duck—with its crispy skin, rich fat, and perfectly roasted meat—are absolutely outstanding. I'm glad I didn't discover this place earlier on my trip, or I would have come back every night. The service is quick and attentive. The dining room is clean, though the décor feels oddly both sterile and gaudy. Still, the exceptional food more than makes up for any shortcomings. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
