The service was automated and impersonal...The Atmosphere was uncomfortable and it was Really stuffy in there!!*there were a lot of junkies and homeless people inside at this particular Location ?I suddenly remembered why I stopped going there
It's hit or miss. The food is good, when they get the order correct. Yesterday they forgot my burger and my granddaughters fries. Because we ordered at the kiosk, no receipt. So my husband had to repay for my burger. No napkins. The place could be cleaner. The homeless come in a lot and try to get money from you. I don't use the restroom.
Just get your food and go. Customers service is a hit or miss depending on who's behind the counter. Homeless people hanging out in the dining area, smelling bad and shaking you down for cash. It's a cesspool.
If was dirty; with food and drinks all over the floor. The tables and chairs needed to be wiped down. I would not eat there again.
