came here to try some interesting mezcals and was not disappointed! the deviation flight was fun to rehearse and share, and the barkeeper was super knowledgeable. they even later brought out a surprising free snack in the night. in a weds night the place had good energy, but not too full or loud. What User doesn't like about The Cabinet:
Went here today and had an awful experience. The person taking us was rude and lectured my sister about how they don't have soda with an attitude when she asked for sparkling water. Our drinks were messy and spilling all over the place and he didn't even get us napkins until my pants were already soaked. The frozen margaritas were also terribly made. It tasted like frozen saltwater. Never coming back here ever again. View all feedback.
Mexican-themed bar! Love the 2nd drink from top down (pocasito or something like that). We also tried the $40 flight you put what in there and that was really fun as well. Bartender was super nice and gave us each half a shot at the end.

This is a no-frills bar that specializes in mezcal cocktails. I tried the pineapple daiquiris, and they were both strong and delicious. However, they were quite sticky, and no napkins were provided. The bar also creatively placed their menu QR code on the sanitizer bottle, but unfortunately, the code didn’t work for us, so we had to look up the menu manually. If you’re in the mood for something simple and straightforward, this place is worth a visit!
The atmosphere and staff here are delightful and charming. The drinks are reasonably priced, making it a perfect spot for a sweet date. However, I wasn’t particularly impressed with three out of the four drinks we tried. The Naked and Famous was a standout at 10/10, while their take on an espresso martini (the Zapateado) was decent. Unfortunately, the Caminante tasted like a spicy cough syrup, and the Tiranosaurio was just overwhelmingly sweet, resembling pure Mindoro (an incredibly sweet apple). I might consider giving this place another shot, but I would definitely try different drinks next time.
The atmosphere was fantastic, and the drinks were exceptional. You definitely won't be let down. It's one of the few places I've visited where I didn't feel the need to shout to be heard. The service was friendly, too.
