The Punjabi Dal had a very odd taste and when asked the waiter he was very snooty The naans were under cooked and not crispy

My mom and I dined here on our annual December trip to NYC. This place is excellent and the food is truly exquisite. It’s definitely some of the best vegetarian Indian cuisine we’ve ever had in the city, which is saying a lot considering we’ve tried a new Indian restaurant nearly every year in the past 15+ years we’ve been visiting Manhattan. I think it’s safe to say we will not hesitate to return here again, especially with the fantastic service, staff and management!

First visit to restaurant. Quiet, not crowded. Thought portions small, appetizer and entrees but tasty.
