dat flushing tastewas craving some noodles and came here for some lunch. we started off with the crispy vegetable balls (the mealballs were sold out) which were alright. a little dry and not too much flavor. not a big deal because the noodles were bomb. I went for tan tan men ramen. it was LARGE. noodles were fresh and perfect texture. lots of toppings. and flavorful broth. reminds me of flushing food court noodles.... View all feedback.
What Caroline F doesn't like about Peng's Noodle Folk:
The food is not as good as before they moved to their new location and now the prices have basically doubled… $9.75 for steamed edamame?! That’s very disappointing. View all feedback.
Loved the food and the place! Would love to go back. The appetizers were just as amazing as the actual ramen. The shaoping was delicious, def try it! The gyoza as well! Didn't get a chance to take the pictures but def worth the apps! The ramen itself was also delicious!Food: 5/5
They have a nice selection of noodles and ramen, and they all look tasty! I tried the tan tan ramen , the flavors were rich and satisfying. I also ordered their seaweed salad, and it was a delightful treat. I recommend this place for noodle enthusiasts and anyone looking to enjoy a delicious seaweed salad!Food: 5/5
This place is outstanding. If one wants something other than mediocre, overpriced Italian food west of 3rd Ave on the upper east side, there are not so many great options. This newly opened restaurant has exceptionally good food, friendly service in an appealing atmosphere and frankly, you think you’re downtown! Absolutely try the cold, soba with sesame sauce, edamame and julienne vegetables. Good selection of reasonably priced sake also, including small bottles.
Love the food here! Guess it’s my turn to ask if there are any updates to your return?! My boyfriend is heavily missing your food (and so am I . I hope it’s soon! I miss the food!!Sending much love : <3
This is my all time favorite place to get ramen. I get the Tan Tan Men with Udon noodles, and it is PHENOMENAL. I live out of town, but come here often and always get this dish. I’m here now and realized they’re changing locations and I’m trying to find an update on when they’re opening the new location!! I can’t wait and I will be there as soon as I’m back in town!!
