What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I order today and my pizza came super boiled under the brot was super soggy and seemed boiled under the inside and I got the wrong brownies. I tried to get the load in the hope to get my money back or at least the right brownies, but they don't pick up? View all feedback.
If you order online for pick up, the food is usually not ready when the notification is sent. The food is fresh. The staff is not engaging at all. They could use customer service training.
I can only say that it looks better in the TV commercial; it's just okay.

I only ordered a cheese pizza and two sauces, but they sent me a side of ranch instead. I tried calling the store about five times, but no one answered. After a wait of 20 minutes, I finally reached customer service, and the representative told me there was no way to provide the correct sauces. It was such a disappointing experience. I really enjoy Little Caesars, but I likely won’t be ordering from this location again.
The pizza was excellent, and the chicken wings had a bit of a spicy kick. I initially thought they were roasted, but they had a nice heat to them as well.
