What Drew Rowley doesn't like about Lexington Candy Shop:
I’ve heard about the Lexington Candy Shop because it is the only restaurant in NY that makes soda the old fashioned way with syrup and seltzer water. With that being said I was excited to come here. The line was out the door but I only had to wait 15 minutes. First the good. The vibe here is old school, they have Coca Cola bottles from all over the world in there display and I got to see my ice cream soda being made.... View all feedback.

The food is nice. It is also very nice because your plate is not overloaded with other things that it takes away the flavors of your order. The food is freshly cooked and is not fat or soggy. We also ordered milkshakes and good... so delicious it was a shame when we had finished them. Thank you for serving us your food is highly recommended.
Ran over this place after visiting the MET with my son and stopped while eating. Had burgers, onion rings and coconut cake. Everything delicious and service with a smile. Will return and recommend to others.
It's so comforting to know that part of the old, dishonest New York exists. I've been there since I was a kid with family and friends. I still don't know why his called egg cream without eggs, but I am an English teacher; Great place for breakfast, brunch, sweet and delicious food;
Excellent, my family and I came yesterday 23. June here and had the best milkshakes ever. Service was excellent and they lived our English accent xx
Like stepping back in time... You swing open the door into a bustling lunch counter and the smells and sounds of a simpler time wash over you. The soda is amazing, the service is friendly, the receipt was hand written and entire experience was perfect. Wishing you 90 more years of successful business!
