We were really pleased with our choice before the show at the Beacon. The menu was limited but lovely. We were quite surprised when they informed us that coffee and tea were not available after 4 PM, which is a bit unusual. Overall, we would definitely recommend this place to a friend. What Solera C doesn't like about Da Capo:
Decor, if you can call it that, is abysmal. Only one main dish was judged good. Appetizers and main dishes all came together, resulting in one dish being sent back to be warmed up. Waitress was overworked and didn't understand English. We were actually three people; two had dessert also and one really liked the tiramisu. View all feedback.
Service is really lacking. Drinks were not garnished and lacked real flavor. For the price it’s not worth it.
Hidden gem! We are making an effort to try different places in the neighborhood and glad we found this one. Fun vibe. Although seemed to be more of a bar scene there is a nice area in back with tables. Our table ordered Burger, flatbread pasta. All were very tasty. Service was very attentive. We will be back.
Crab cake and Burger where good. My only issue was with the Baked fries. It was burnt and had a very unpleasant taste.
I was looking for a spot that was equal parts classy and casual for a first date. Da Capo ended up being perfect. The small back dining room was intimate and comfortable. Our servers were attentive and really friendly, and the food and drinks were amazing. I will definitely be coming back!
Finally tried Da Capo for dinner after many brunch dates. Enjoyed the appetizers, pastas and cocktails!
