I often order from this restaurant and always appreciate the quality of the food and the service. The staff are consistently friendly. I particularly enjoy their samosas, Rogan Josh, and Goan dishes. It's a great spot for a cozy meal or a casual dining experience. Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

Tried this place on a whim and was fairly disappointed in the food. First of all the ambiance is not that nice it is not nicely decorated and it was very quiet inside. The aloo papri Chaat was probably the worst I've had. The lamb Rogan Josh had little flavor. The chicken makhani was OK. Greasy, tired, reheated food. Not fresh. We couldn’t eat it. Had to throw it away to avoid serious indigestion.

Delicious and reasonably priced! Highly recommend if you are on the Upper East side and/or looking for takeout.
The chicken is dry, sauces flavorful. However, the last time I went there, the waiter disappeared. (I was now the ONLY person in the restaurant. . I waited for 20 minutes after finishing my meal, then slowly and quietly asked for my check. I progressively got louder until I was screaming; I asked for the check, pleaded, threatened to walk out.... After screaming at the top of my lungs, now, he finally came upstairs, saying 'they ' were busy with deliveries downstairs and he thought I was enjoying my book...BTW, NO deliveries went out during this period. No apologies, no discount for having to scream for 20 minutes. I will never be back...
As a native Queens boy I'm sad to say that this was probably the worst Indian food I've ever had, and that includes the terrible Indian food I've had in VirginiaThe chicken makhani and lamb Rogan had overcooked, chewy meat, and the sauces were runny and were lacking the robust flavor we were looking for. Naan was underwhelming, and the rice not fluffy and fresh. Sadly, it was also quite expensive.
