This place has amazing vegan, gluten free, vegetarian, raw vegan menu items!!! I was so incredibly happy to find this place! The food is always fresh and delicious! And the owners and staff are a joy to be around! Finally, I find a healthy VEGAN spot near me. The Bio Frappe is to die for and the raw tuna wraps are a go to for me.

Walked by this cute and healthy Cafe located inside a health food store. Bonnie greeted us with a smile and was kind and informative. Enjoyed the Inflammatone shot with Tumeric, ginger, and apple. My hubby had s shot of the Heat Beet, delicious fresh shots of yumminess! Beautiful fresh organic salad for me and fresh sandwiches, and soups with substitutes welcomed. Just stopped in to try forThe first time and ordered a Thai Buddha bowl and spicy black bean soup. Both were incredibly delicious esp the soup which had lots of veggies and perfectly seasoned. Picked up some stuff for chest congestion at the same time by a helpful staff. Highly recommend a stop here

Great Place for all your Holistic needs.. Friendly staff and the cafe soups salads and smoothies are just delicious . Dr's Wendy and Christian have really added their touches and ideas and its awesome!! I look forward to my chiropractor appointments!
