As soon as you go inside it smells lovely!! I ordered for pick up and was unable to make it and they made my order over no problem a few days later when I was able to pick it up. Staff is friendly and the waffles, donuts and teas never disappoint! I went with my mom and husband who don?t consume herbal life and my husband is super picky. He loved his drink with no caffeine and my mom got a hot shake and also loved it.

Service was excellent. I had a very large order 11 shakes. When I came to pick up it was all ready for me. It would?ve been five stars cuz everything was delicious and they were prompt. But the order was missing a beverage which I didn?t realize until I got home. But when I called they made it right for me on the next order so still overall great customer service!

Each detail is exquisite, especially the vibes in the atmosphere. Always feeling welcome no matter the weather outside. Cozy! Let?s not talk about the amazing taste of the tea and donuts I love so much!
