El Tio - New Rochelle

This is a truly authentic restaurant in New Rochelle. My husband and I went into a movie and didn't want to do the whole thing of Applebees. We found this little Mexican place and were pleasantly surprised. The Mojitos were great and the food was even better. The spices really tasted authentic and we were to Mexico. The service was decent, but the food for it. Go!

I went there with a few friends on 10/6/10 the food was great nothing was Bland!!! the prices have increased somewhat, but in those times, what has not increased? The Queso Fundido was well covered with its Spanish sausages in this Mexican cheese from this world. My Burrito court was great that my friends loved the enchiladas siuzas and they loved it. we had really good time

The restaurant was great! I went in and sat right away. This special night they were short on the staff and there were two customers who were excited. I want to say that 85% of the restaurant was full. The staff took care of the situation by staying calm. They didn't let this affect everything that-so-ever. The food was great and I couldn't complain. I got the check right away. I recommend going here!

Amazing service and delicious food! I came here on a Saturday night - it was crowded but the service was fast and friendly. I ordered chicken enchiladas
