Was there on sunday morning to quickly get a breakfast, security there told me they only open at 7 but the mcdonalds sign has a sign at the bottom that says 24 hrs this is unacceptable if the times has changed then this sign needs to be taken down. They haven't taken note of special instructions on my last 2 orders, why have the option when the team don't bother checking before an order is sent out. Food is good otherwise and the cleaning team is notably friendly. Update: tried again to give them a chance at redemption. Special instructions ignored again, twice in one day. Management need to seriously wake up here, if this is how special instructions are handled, I can only imagine what else is being ignored or not adhered to.
