I love the Braised Beef and get that everytime we go to YOCI. However, this time, the meat was tough and dry, with a lot of gravy poured over it. I actually had to cut it with a knife! I did tell our waiter, and showed him the large chunk of meat. He immediately asked if I wanted something else. Yes. The Fish was perfect! View all feedback.

Food is very good but after delivery I noticed their menu prices posted on line are much lower than on Door Dash. Prices were inflated by as much as $8.00 for one entree. Very disappointed the restaurant charges DD customers so much more. View all feedback.
Oyster Poboy was delicious as described in menu. It didn't disappoint.

Kevin was a friendly, good server. Food was served quickly and we were seated before our reservation time. The prices were very reasonable on some items and much higher on several. Very nostalgic feel to this place. I'm happy I finally tried it and would come back .
This is one of those old, unassuming NO restaurants where most of the guests seem to know each other. Lots of loud, happy folks. I?ve eaten at the College Inn many times over the years and I?ve never been disappointed with either the food or the service. My favorites dishes are the Fresh Catch (gulf fish w LA lump crabmeat, maque choux roasted corn) and the fried oyster salad with blue cheese.
