Good service, food, and location but entirely too loud in the restaurant. Bar was a welcome relief to be able to hear. Large parties creates extra high volume conversations. They should be in a private room. View all feedback.
First time i visited this place was 5yrs ago, everything was so good from food, service and atmosphere that i knew in my heart i have to be back. Went here three times this year (looking forward to visit again soon) YOU MUST TRY turtle soup its so rich and flavorful, Shrimp skully at its finest! Every bite was delicious, the same like the first time i had it here. Truffle fries hit my belly from top to bottom, had to finish even the last tiny piece. Shrimp and Grits is my husband’s favorite, idk how he CLEANED his plate but its definitely empty the time he finished eating. I had the fish which is so delightful, I finished Everything. So guilty didn’t have room for desserts. On that day, WE DECIDED to have our wedding reception here, Anita was so helpful and she went extra mile to make everything possible for us. In the middle of pandemic and phase3 lifted restrictions here in New Orleans, we were able to seat 15 adults on a double wide table. Decorators were allowed to come early to set up inside reception, i also asked Anita if incase it rains, can we do ceremony in the restaurant, definitely yes! Btw, Ceremony of Our count down wedding day (4:3:21 @5pm) is just right across the street. ALL OF OUR GUESTS was so happy with the excellent service and great food! Scallops melts in your mouth, gumbo has kick on it, steak is to die for! Seasoned just right, tender and juicy, chicken was phenomenal! Seared perfectly both sides with some squash and pasta. Soo filling! Nooom noooom. Rebecca took care of our party, she was amazing server, always there when we needed more drinks or something. Great service! Hands down to y’all! Thank you for making everything memorable for all of us. DEFINITELY COMING BACK. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! HOSPITALITY AT ITS FINEST!
I really enjoy eating here. The food is excellent and the service is impeccable. I'm not 100% fond of their cocktail selections, but the drinks are what they are. Parking is good. It's a very pretty area. I do have to discuss the dining room. The tables are fairly close together, so the noise level can be difficult. It's a bit hard to have a conversation on a busy day.
I am so happy I decided to have my wedding reception at Ralph’s on the Park. We opted for a cocktail style reception which was the perfect option for us to experience all the superb flavors this establishment has to offer. Some of the fan favorites included the tomato bruschetta, the sesame chicken, truffle fries, and pan seared gulf fish. Our guests raved about the food claiming it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had and I couldn’t agree more. The restaurant accommodated our request to use their blackout doberge cake as our wedding cake and let me tell you, this is without a doubt the richest, most heavenly tasting chocolate cake imaginable. I had dined here previously and was impressed but they really went the extra mile to deliver a 5 star experience in every aspect. The staff took excellent care of us. We had our photographer for the first half hour of the reception and in every photo, the staff was smiling. It created such a positive, joyful atmosphere. When it came time for us to leave, they were so helpful with boxing up our leftovers and helping us pack up our photo booth equipment and wedding favors. They went above and beyond to make our night effortless and fun. Thank you to everyone involved in making our wedding night unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary! First ever trip to New Orleans. Being from Wisconsin, it was our first ever trip to Louisiana. We went to all sorts of restaurants. On a whim we called for a last minute reservation, and they were more than accommodating. Ralph's had not only the best staff, but fastest service, and hand-down best food. Turtle soup was a new one for us. Amazing soup! We ended it with a piece of hummingbird cake and a cappucino. We are always interested in unique drinks. They made us a drink called The Last Word. This was the only place we came across that could make it. We went for a walk in the park afterwards and then took the streetcar back into town. What a night. A must visit! My wife didn't want to leave. When I will think back to new Orleans, I will always think of Ralph's.
Everything was amazing! We had the 3 course crab dinner with the wine pairing and it was just perfect! The service and atmosphere is incredible. I love this restaurant.
