Great location, food, and service combined with very reasonable prices for an upscale restaurant. A true bargain for fine dining in the French Quarter. I highly recommend Muriel's for any occasion. View all feedback.
What Marlee Wilderman doesn't like about Muriel's Jackson Square:
The ambience of this restaurant is extremely unique and some tables are shared with renderings of classical literature. The restaurant even has a ghost history and a Seance room on the upper floor, which we were able to explore. The food was delicious, but I don't know if it was worth the prices. It was our splurgical meal for our trip so we knew what to expect. View all feedback.
Several bones in the flounder. boils black chop. server worked hard, but they seemed short. Once we got entrees, no one came to check the table for 40 minutes. she had to go down for the check and left before dessert, which came with the prix fixe.
Lydia was an attentive drink server. travis was a great server and answered all our asking and his recommendations were excellent before eating place; flounder, pork, among others. we always come to muriel when we visit nola.
This was one of the highlights of our trip, eating was excellent and the Sunday jazz brunch was a perfect environment. recommend this experience.
I always wanted to try this place to dinner was no goodbye. excellent service, eating and ambiente! my only complain is that many people were not dressed for dinner. my party saw the opportunity that many others were in jeans and T-shirts. if you visit, please contact the party. it's nice to have a whole old fashion dinner place.
Food is great, friendly staff. Ambiance is really cool too! Would definitely go back.
