The limited menu does not disappoint in quality, and the service is top-notch. Whether visiting for brunch or dinner, guests can enjoy great food and lively conversation, with friendly and helpful staff like Morgan providing excellent dining recommendations. While some minor issues like slow service or an underwhelming wine list may crop up, overall, Lula is a fantastic choice for those looking for a memorable meal in the heart of New Orleans.
The lamb chops were tender cooked perfectly. The fried green tomatoes had a cool slaw that was really refreshing delicious. We also got here in time for HH, most drinks (Orig
Wonderful service, welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and a great place to grab a drink. We were really impressed outstanding all around.
Great restaurants away from the craziness of the French quarter but still close for visitors!! Came in for Saturday during dinner/happy hour. The staff and the food/ drinks were A definitely will be back next time I’m in NOLA
This place was AWESOME! The food was great, our waitress was the absolute best and the atmosphere was amazing! My family had one of the most memerable meals we've ever had at Lula. I love that they distill their own Rum, Vodka, Gin, Bourbon and Rye. Their Rum and Bourbon are topshelf stuff, with out a doubt. If you are looking great food and an awesome atmosphere, this is where you want to go!
We tried spots and everywhere was booked for Saturday. We eventually found lula for a table of ten. They were very attentive. The food was amazing. We enjoyed the place. They also had unlimited drinks for Saturday brunch!! Super glad we came. Lamp chops Came with a lot of meat and good sides. Burger Big portion and tasty! Came with ton of fries. Fish of the day Yummy fish. Well seasoned. Couscous was filling and a lot. Hot garlic shrimps Only a couple of shrimps but was not too pricey. The sauce was a tangy Cajun butter garlic. I enjoyed it. Shrimps were huge and peeled. Couldn’t finish the fries cause it was drench in sauce though. Crawfish queso So good. Had a lot of crawfish. Cheese was tasty and on the liquid side but still thick enough for the chips. The chips sweet so light and crispy.
