While the ambiance is serene and the location ideal, with easy access to local attractions and dining, there have been occasional hiccups, including issues with reservations at the on-site restaurant, which has left some guests feeling disappointed. Overall, the hotel shines with attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere, making it a gem worth revisiting for both relaxation and adventure.
We made reservations for the reservations and the restaurant was closed.
We were reserved and the restaurant was closed. I confirmed the reservation by Open Table and the same morning. We had to find another place for 6 people to have brunch, and 3 had no cars.
When we were there at 1:15, the restaurant was closed. It also appeared openly on a Google search and when we called to find out why they allowed reservations when closed, nobody picked up and no way to leave message. It really left us in a bad place, hungry after a tour without going anywhere near fast. Really false advertising all around and disappointing.
