Mcdonald's - New Hudson

McDonald 's is usually our fast food restaurant of choice when we need to be out. This particular location was about an hour from home so not our usual stop. We went through the drive through but our 2 year old wanted to get out so we ended up parking and decided to eat outside at the tables. It was a nice day and there were no signs saying the tables were off limits so it seemed fine. At the end of our dinner, my wife (who 's in her third trimester of pregnancy) really needed to use the restroom so even though she assumed it was closed, she went inside with her mask on to ask if she could. The door was unlocked and there were no signs saying Do Not Enter or Lobby Closed. She was immediately greeted with Get Out, You can 't be in here, and an attitude as if she had just kicked somebody 's dog. She promptly complied and we went to find accommodations elsewhere as we hear the door lock behind us. I get that Covid is rough. If there wasn 't a pandemic still going on, this would have been a 1 star review due to the interaction... perhaps 2 since the food itself was still fine. A sign, locked door, or nicer request all would have gone a long ways to a better experience. It 's not as if we wouldn 't have understood... she just really needed to go. In hindsight and before writing this review, I noticed it does say this particular location is not for dine in online. We did not think to check online before checking the door, however on that same note there is still a checkmark on Google next to restrooms available for this location... this obviously should be updated.

I ordered curbside and I drive a semi so you have to wait at a bench outside when you order at least for now while covid is still going on the food was good the guy that brought my food was nice and got a large fry for a dollar with ordering on the app.

McDonald's offers tasty food that is highly unhealthy but relatively affordable and quick. We were pleasantly surprised by a little sparrow outside that greeted us, adding an extra star to our experience.

I was one of those customers who came to the drive-thru right before closing time and ordered a lot of food, being a little demanding with my specific requests. The woman who took my order was incredibly accommodating, despite it being just five minutes before closing. I want to thank her greatly for her excellent service.

The management at this restaurant is terrible. A young man was very rude and delayed my meal because I was 73 cents short for my order. They should understand that not everyone always carries spare change. Is this the worst McDonald's location? No one should visit there, it's disappointing and frustrating. I will be contacting the company to complain about this experience.
