Contribute FeedbackChuan Du Restaurant impresses with delicious food and generous portions, different from other hotpot spots. Ordering via tablet is convenient, although we experienced slow service when it came to receiving the bill. Despite being empty on a Tuesday night, the staff remained friendly and helpful. One minor complaint was the cold temperature inside, so bringing a jacket is advised. Opting for a la carte rather than the $30 all-you-can-eat option resulted in savings, without sacrificing variety or quantity. Overall, Chuan Du is recommended for its flavorsome cuisine, welcoming staff, and ample portions.
The food was delicious with generous portions compared to other hotpot restaurants we've been to. We appreciated the convenience of using a tablet for ordering. However, the restaurant was empty on a Tuesday night and it took a while to receive our bill.
Chuan Du lives up to expectations! The food is always tasty and fresh. The staff is kind and accommodating. The only downside is that it tends to be chilly inside, so it's a good idea to bring a jacket if you get cold easily. I suggest skipping the $30 all-you-can-eat option - my group of 3 saved $20 by ordering a la carte and we still had plenty of delicious food to enjoy.
The Christmas Eve dinner was amazing. There was an abundance of delicious food and wine at an affordable price.
The food was good. Greater portions than we were used by other hotpot sites. Loves the convenience of the tablet to order. Dead on a Tuesday night but still awhile to get our check.
Chur You don't disappoint! The food is delicious and freshly tasting. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that it's always cold inside, so if that bothers you, bring a jacket. I would recommend the $30 everything you can eat my party of 3 spent $70 instead of $90 by ordering only a la carte and we still more than enough food.
