What sykes s doesn't like about Sam's Cafe:
The selling point is that it has a window. Prices are high and highly deceiving as they don’t add tax until the bill arrives. They also don’t take international card so leaves you in a bind if you calculated to menu price. Really nothing special bar the window. View all feedback.

An eclectic ambience! Good food, good music, good place to go just to chill. The pasta which we tried was yummy and filling, and inexpensive
Near Delhi railway station. PAHARGANJ market. French fries free if v take two beers.
