Mamma Gina Pizza - New Castle

Peering through a gap in the curtain, my husband noticed that several pizzas had already been made. At 9:32 AM, he called out to an employee to let them know it was time to open, but the employee simply waved him off and said they were still closed. My husband then tried calling the pizzeria, only to be hung up on. On his third attempt around 9:36 AM, someone finally answered without disconnecting the call, and they opened the doors shortly thereafter. After waiting several more minutes for the curtains to be drawn back, my husband spoke with the person who claimed to be in charge. Unfortunately, the conversation was unproductive, and we were met with rude comments and unpleasant looks. My husband explained our situation, mentioning that we were disabled and just needed a place to sit, to which the employee responded, “What do you want me to do? Fire them for 5 minutes?” I suggested that an apology would have been a simple and appreciated gesture. To our surprise, we were told that the pizzeria actually doesn't open until 10 AM, contrary to the signage. We used to look forward to visiting on weekends for a slice of pizza, but with so many other options that offer a friendly atmosphere, we won't be returning here. Ultimately, we only managed to sit down at 9:50 AM.

We have to stop at De. FAVORITE Pizza every time—it's my husband's favorite!

Delicious! This pizza is incredible and substantial enough to be a full meal!
