This is our 2nd time here and we love it! Came on July 5 and got a nice spot. the water flow was pretty good I was surprised since we haven’t had much rain lately. we did not go tubing but just hung out in the river for the day, you can choose. Staff is unnecessarily rude. They call their jobs grunt work and make snarky remarks and are rude every chance they get. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Please let me know if you find somewhere with a similar environment but appreciates their customers View all feedback.

Rude service . Confusing pricing.wanted to try the burger ,but after our interaction with couple of staff members we decided to spend dinner elsewhere…hope they can do better in the future and not treat river floaters like they arnt your customers !!
50 dollars to park plus 25 dollars if you want to use your OWN tube otherwise just 50 dollars for parking. This sounds soooo backwards to me but for those who don 't want to pay an extra 25 dollars for using your OWN tube, just pretend you are going to use theirs and then the 25 is waived .. also, the lady working the register on Sunday 6/23/2024, not sure if you are the manager or not (short, chubby, black hair lady) but you sure acted like you were, you need to learn how to treat your customers AND your employees!!!! You were the rudest to us and your sweet employee. Lone Star needs to work on who they put in charge over there otherwise your company will also end up out of business like others around you!!! We were also harassed after floating the river by an employee as we were walking to our vehicle because she didn 't see a wrist band on us and figured we hadn 't paid our 50 dollars for parking. We told her we paid our fee but no wrist band was given to us, she then said SHE would have been the one we paid our fee too. After we described the gentleman that we Indeed paid, she then remembered and said ' oh yeah, he tends to not hand out wrist bands when he is suppose to ' smh, customer service failure at a place with so much potential. From what I have been told, this place use to be great, it 's such ashame when some bad seeds join a company and changes what used to be.
We've been going to Lone Star Float House for many year's. And they are consistently a fun place to visit. And the Hamburgers are delicious! Great people and Great atmosphere by the Guadalupe river. We'll always come back!
